None of the tents or shelters in Malone Park are suitable for protection from Lightning, Torrential Rain, High Winds or Tornados. The approaching threat of Severe Weather may cause the festival grounds to be evacuated.

If storms with a history of lightning approach the festival, the elevated carnival rides will be shut down until the threat passes.

These parking spaces are open to those who need accessible parking. Spaces are not assigned and only available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes – attendees are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets for seating during both the fireworks and drone show.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, outside items such as food, drinks, and coolers, are not allowed to be brought into the venue/festival grounds.

Durham School Bus Services will be transporting festival-goers between Ronald Reagan School and the festival grounds — with additional stops at the ARC! Park at Ronald Reagan School (4225 S. Calhoun Rd, New Berlin, WI) and hop on a FREE shuttle to the Festival Grounds. Shuttle Stops Include: New Berlin Activity & Recreation Center Ronald Reagan Grade School (outer parking lot) Festival Grounds – pick-up/drop-off at the crosswalk on the north side of National Ave., just west of Casper Dr. Shuttle Hours: Thursday July 2nd & Saturday, July 4th 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM Shuttles will run in conjunction with Drone Show and Fireworks. If either of those are canceled, so would the shuttle.

We recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes, as portions of the park are currently under construction and some walking surfaces may be uneven. The festival is held outdoors, so be prepared for the weather by bringing a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and any other sun protection you may need. Staying hydrated and protecting yourself from the sun will help you enjoy your day at the festival!

NO. It is illegal to fly drones at night without a waiver from the FAA.

While there is currently no City ordinance prohibiting e-bikes or scooters in the park, we strongly discourage riding bicycles, e-bikes and scooters within the festival grounds. The festival attracts large crowds, creating heavy pedestrian traffic, and portions of the park are under construction with uneven terrain and limited smooth riding surfaces. For everyone's safety, we encourage visitors to walk their bike or scooter through the park or leave it at a bike rack or other secure location before enjoying the festival.
